Just RTI Team is structured similar to how modern nationalist team for India's independence from British is formed in India and abroad. JUST RTI Team executes operations on four pillars.
Team Gandhi
Purpose: Like Gandhi, This team defines the "Just RTI" strategy for your issues. They engage with state and central governments on need basis, establish top level communication channels between "Just RTI" and government, handle differences between bureaucracy and politicians using procedures available, and establish relationships with various civic organizations.
Value: Conflict Resolution with various Government departments, Principled negotiation to solve your issues, 30 plus Years of legal knowledge, provide social activism strategy for your cause.
Members: Senior Advocates, Social Activists, Retired Civil servants, Retired Chief Engineers.

Team Patel
Purpose: Like Patel, The Team brings bureocractice procedural knowledge for your issues. They help to navigate the often bewildering maze of government. Team provide the office records information, procedures maintained in each government office,provide key contacts to hear "Just RTI" message, get meetings with the key officials.
Value: The value is the time and energy saved by having someone with the expertise and experience help you through the government process rather than doing it on your own and avoid trial and error time consuming approach to solve.
Members: Present working and retired government employees or contract employees working in government.

Team Kalam
Purpose: Like Abdul Kalam, This Team comprises of core subject matter experts. The Team includes: IT Professionals to analyze data, subject matter experts like civil engineers, medical professionals,forensic auditors, security experts, professors, quality analysis experts, pharmacy experts etc.
Value: Bring core subject matter expertise, lab parameters, engineering inputs, audit.

Team Vivekananda
Purpose: This is the Youth ground level execution Wing and also the front face of the organization. They primarily work to gather and publish news, spread awareness, bring corruption issues to the notice of seniors, visiting government offices, work on RTI, first and second appeals, provide documentation inputs.
Value: Ground level local execution staff with each government office in respective areas.
Members: Civil services aspirants, Law Graduates, Engineering Graduates, RTI Activists, Junior Lawyers, Freshers in Government Jobs.
